One of the results is more and more people who are getting feeling along need to have an animal that is really loyal to them. In my opinion, I disagree with it there are some reason to suffer my view.
The most important reason is that people who have pets should spend a lot of time on their pets. However the problem is most people are very busy all the time, their business is full of their life ever no more time for their families. How about the pets? For example, a person who has had a dog for a long time his child was born. He should change his timetable for his baby and his pets. However it is very hard to look after his child and have pets at the same time. Slimily, people have their own family ships and friendships, it will cost them a lot of time.
The other reason is that pets have a lot of problems special the disease. Today we discover some course of disease is from animal like bird flu, a foot-and-mouth disease and some normal diseases. As a result, people who have pets have to clear their pets everyday, vaccination and check pets’ body on time. Maybe some people enjoy it but also some of couldn’t do it very well and it would be unhealthily.
In conclusion, there are some obvious reasons why having a pet is not a good idea. In my opinion, people don’t need to have pets if they don’t really enjoy.

Sue Wong's job

Last Monday, in my class I listened to a speech about counsellor. The speaker is Mrs Sue Wong who is from Hong Kong. I haven’t known anything about counselling ever there is a centre of counsel at Unitec before her speech. Nowadays more and more international students coming to New Zealand, it also comes with some problem about international students. And the following is something about the Sue Wong’s life.
She went to New Zealand in1975 as the political changed in Hong Kong in 1997. Two years later she went back to HK for her two children and soon she decided to immigrate to New Zealand. At the beginning of her New Zealand’s life is very difficult. She couldn’t speak English well also she very scared talking with foreigner. Sometime she would go out for walking after dinner but she found there was nobody in the street and she felt along. Now she is getting more and more enjoying her life. Before as a counsellor she has been a nurse. However she found she was getting older nurse is getting hard for her so she changed her job. She was happy to help the other people who has problem couldn’t be solved by themselves therefore she chose as a counsellor who is helping people as a job.

The Jurassic Beaver

The news is about mammal which is the Jurassic beaver is found in China. The discovery of a fossil beaver that lived when the dinosaurs ruled the Earth could challenge some currently accepted ideas on mammal evolution. I think it’s very similar to Auckland; even though I haven’t stayed in Auckland for one year. Of course in the summer it’s quite hot and lots of people like to go to the islands as well.My hometown is on the coastline of China, the same as Auckland, but the weather is slightly different from Auckland because the evening and morning is not as cold as Auckland.
And Auckland has a lot of bungalows only in the city centre has but in my hometown is impossible because population in my hometown much bigger than Auckland's so the buildings are much taller and bigger. I think most of China is like that. The people in my hometown are always busy at business. It means there are a lots of people on the street all the day and you have a lot of thing open for entertainment. However, in Auckland in most places after four pm there is almost nobody outside. The only thing that it is not very good is that there aren’t as many trees and grass as in Auckland.
I like Auckland’s weather, Auckland’s water, Auckland’s mountains and so on. It can remind me of my hometown.

The Love story

The story is about man and woman in love at Harvard University.
The man’s mane is Oliver Barrett. He has a father who is very and rich. Usually, famous and rich men would be busy in their business and lost something in their life. This is story also. I just like one sentence of this story is “Every big winner has to be a good loser too.” So Oliver Barrett didn’t like his father and even hated his father. He didn’t like doing everything that was the best that his father had done.
The woman is Jennifer Cavilleri who was met by Olive in the library and is the second important person in the story. She had a very good father, who was like her best friend. However, her mother was dead and she was very poor.
Oliver met Jenny in the library, and they found they loved each other in one of Oliver’s match, and soon they were in love. Although the old stone-face (Oliver’s father) didn’t agree with them, but they still married with nobody know. And because of that Oliver was thrown out of his family. Oliver and Jenny were working hard for their life, but it was too hard to find a job for Oliver who had a famous father and name. For three years they had to make every dollar do the work of two. Then Jenny had a baby and their lives were getting better. They moved to New York for jobs. However, Jenny was worried about Oliver’s father and Oliver, because Oliver always hurt his father’s heart after a disagreement with his father. However Oliver receives his wife’s. After that Oliver and Jenny saw the doctor, the doctor checks everything of Jenny. It’s sad because the doctor told Oliver his wife had a blood disease and she was dying she need a lot of money for operation. He asked his father for money for Jenny without reason, but his father still gave him a large number of money. However Jenny died and then Oliver knew what “love means you never have to say you are sorry” meant, which Jenny had sad.

This is me

My name is Jim Lin and I am Chinese.
